REFACDC047 - Reference Design

GaN HEMT搭載, 力率改善 400V 240W BM3G007MUV 評価ボード

BM3G007MUV-EVK-002評価ボードは、90~264Vacの入力から400Vの電圧を出力します。出力電流は最大0.6Aを供給します。BM3G007MUVはGaN HEMT(650V 70mΩ)、ドライバと保護回路を内蔵しています。このGaN Power Stage を使用することで最大効率は97.8%を実現しました。

  • PFC コントローラ ICはBD7695FJを使用しています。
  • BD7695FJは、力率改善が必要な製品すべてに最適なシステムを供給します。
  • PFC部は臨界モード(BCM)を採用し、Zero Current Detectionによりスイッチング損失低減とノイズ低減が可能です。
  • THDは8.4 % typです。
