BD733U2EFJ-Cは、50V耐圧、出力電圧精度±2%、出力電流200mA、消費電流6μA (Typ) の低暗電流レギュレータでバッテリ直結システムの低消費電流化に最適です。出力の位相補償コンデンサにセラミックコンデンサが使用可能です。
本ICはシリーズ機種のBD733L2EFJ-Cに対して、生産効率向上を目的とした生産ラインを変更した機種となります。新規のご採用時にはこの機種の選定を推奨します。なお、データシート内の保証特性に差異はありません。また、ドキュメントやデザインモデル類についても差異はないため、特筆のない限りBD733L2EFJ-CE2のデータを開示しております。
