BD9866GUL は3 チャンネル降圧用,1 チャンネル昇降圧自動切り替え用の計4chDC/DC コンバータ用IC です.全チャンネルFET を内蔵しており,外付け部品の削減が可能です.また各チャンネルの独立制御可能のため,非動作チャンネルの低消費電力化を実現しています.
