PMIC BD868xyMUF-Cシリーズは、プライマリDC-DC、デュアルセカンダリDC-DC、CMOSセンサ用セカンダリリニアレギュレータ、イメージセンサ用電源で構成されています。小型パッケージVQFN20FV3535を採用しており、小型基板が求められるカメラモジュールに最適です。また、スペクトラム拡散機能により、低ノイズの安定化出力を実現します。BD868xyMUF-Cシリーズは、OTP設定により幅広いラインアップに対応しています。個別製品の設定については、ロームまでお問い合わせください。 本製品はPCNを予定しております。
